Kek Lapis Sarawak

Yesterday, I and my colleagues trying skill make Choclate cheesse Kek Lapis. We start at 11am and finished at 7.30pm. Good try friends. Here some picture that we took for cake lapis process.

the ingredients.. butter, jam, condense milk.. kaya...sugar..... wheat flour... green pea flour..bla bla..etc..

Ready to make cake lapis.....

beat the butter til fluffy..

Separate egg yolks and white eggs..

time to measure....

grilled five minutes

Tada........Done.....
